It provides contact information for wheat certified seed dealers in California, as well as seed characteristics, historical information on disease reactions, yield, test weight and average protein of current certified wheat seed. The University of California's annual Agronomy Progress Report further details production characteristics, disease susceptibilities and quality evaluations of California wheat varieties, by region. A list of California wheat cultivars, as well as California Wheat Cultivar descriptions can be found on the University's Small Grain website.
