CALIFORNIA WHEAT COMMISSION OPEN HOUSE
Starting at 1:30 following the lunch, the California Wheat Commission will hold an open house at its facility in Woodland (about 20 minutes from Davis). Guests are invited to tour the Milling and Baking Quality Lab to see how the Commission tests the end use quality of the wheat grown in California (and Arizona) each year.
