The Commission is participating in the Bread Bakers' Guild National Bakery Open House event on June 27 from 10-2. We are inviting farmers, bakers, lab customers and others to visit the Commission office and tour the lab.
There will be a tour of the Milling and Baking Lab, a wheat quality testing demonstration, and plenty of bread, cookies & sweet rolls!
