Winter Wheat Seedings report released

The 2011 Winter Wheat Seedings report published by USDA's National Ag Statistics Service was released today. USDA estimates planted Winter Wheat acreage in California will be 730,000 acres, up 11% from last year. Durum wheat plantings are estimated at 155,000 acres, an increase of 35% from 2010.
